Postcard design from logo

The client brief was to turn an established logo that I’d designed for the Jack and Knife restaurant into a postcard that patrons could take home with a customised message. Below is the reference that the client has supplied and also the log as it’s shown in the restaurant. The original logo has a grunge feel so the first thing to do was bring it back to basics and use it to mask some of the meals from the venue.
